The Property Shop Mojacar is a long established and successful family run business in Mojacar, We provide a full range of property management and holiday accommodation services to our customers, whether they are holiday makers, house hunters, local residents or property owners.

The Property Shop Mojacar provides the following services:  self catering holiday rental accommodation, long term rentals, flights, airport transfers & car hire, with the emphasis on friendly and efficient personal service, to ensure they come back again and again.

The Property Shop Mojacar provides a range of services to meet the requirements of property owners wishing to generate income from their property investments in Mojacar from one-bedroom apartments to Luxury villas with

private pools.

The services range from full rental and management options to key holding.

The Property Shop Mojacar is now working in collaboration with Quantum Villas & Resorts and have details of a number of properties they are currently developing in the area including the new 50+ Community Resort in Los Lobos.

We can accommodate those owners wishing to generate maximum income from year round rentals and those who wish to rent out on a selective basis for some extra income.

Car hire can be arranged from reliable local companies, we will arrange for collection of cars from Almeria Airport . We can also arrange this service at Alicante and Murcia airports (an additional charge maybe made by the hire companies from these airports) and we would be pleased to provide a quote.

We believe that from the moment our customers arrive in Mojacar, it is our job to welcome them and make their

stay a happy one.

For this reason we meet all guests at our office regardless of the time they arrive and show them to their holiday home, pointing out anything they need to know about the running of the property.  Food packs, cots etc can be provided upon request.

Outside office hours, under no circumstances do we leave keys under mats, pinned to office doors, in bars or with any third party. We endeavor to meet everyone personally.

Should the arrival be outside office hours, they will be given our emergency telephone number to call when they are nearing Mojacar. This ensures that one of us is in the office to meet & greet them.

Our offices can be found on the Beach Road at Pueblo Diana, we are at the end of the archway on the left hand side, and the arch way is located just before Sundance Spa.
