Casa Barranco is situated in the hills just behind Mojacar Playa, it is just 3 minutes by car to the beach.  This villa is situated in a peaceful location with lovely views of the mountains, and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.  There are 2 bedrooms but will sleep six as there is a sofa bed available on request.

The lounge is comfy with a lovely leather suite, air conditioning and ceiling fan, TV and DVD player.  Double doors lead on to a large covered terrace with additional table and chairs.  An archway from the lounge leads into a dining area with table and 6 chairs, double doors leading on to a small sun terrace with table, chairs and parasol.

The master bedroom is complete with large emperor size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and en-suite.

The second bedroom is complete with king size bed, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is fitted with all the normal appliances that one would expect to find, including large fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, and microwave.

Outside there is a small walled garden surrounding the villa, including a garden area with stone seats, a patio area with sun beds, pergola, table & chairs and a swing seat.  On a lower level there is a further bench and seats.

Close by is the communal pool and tennis court which you have the use of, as well as 2 restaurants.

Please be advised that there are approximately 12 steps to climb to access the house, however once inside the property the living accommodation is all on one level.
