Property Management

The Property Shop offers a comprehensive management service for both rental and non rental properties.

The managment of your property includes a fortnightly inspection of the property in your absence, minor faults will be repaired immediately, and charged directly to the owner, however for larger repairs quotes will be obtained and discussed with the owners prior work commencing, we can also arrange building works, plumbing, electrics, painting etc.

In the case of individual villas with private pools and gardens we will liase with your pool and garden maintenance companies, or supply the necessary staff to take care of your specific needs.

Included as part of our property management service, we can receive your bills and statements, making sure your services remain paid and connected, we can organise and deal with any paperwork concerning yourself and your property. 

Where applicable we will make payments on your behalf providing your account with ourselves is in credit.

In the case of rental properties we would expect all owners to keep the property furnished and decorated to a high standard, this helps to maximise the rental potental. We request that the owners provide us with 3 sets of keys, 2 sets of linen for each bed, 2 sets of bath and hand towels, 2 bath mat and plenty of tea towels.
