For clients wishing to enhance their asset, we offer a qualified management service, based upon over thirty years of first hand experience in all aspects of construction. We can arrange and supervise every area of refurbishments, extensions, pool and garden design and construction, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, decorating works etc. t

This is not just sub-contracting, this is really knowing how to achieve the best possible price and quality of finish, in full compliance of applicable Spanish Laws.

Our Service

Covers a twice monthly inspection of the property. All windows and doors are inspected to check security. All taps are opened to ensure clean flowing water; toilets are flushed.

The electrical supply is activated to check that lights and all appliances operate. In the case of bad weather, checks will be made promptly as necessary. Should any problem become apparent, i.e. leaks to pipes, damp etc. we would ensure that the necessary minor repairs are carried out and that clients are invoiced accordingly.

In the unlikely event of major work needing to be carried out, we would offer advise and obtain quotes for your approval.

Gardening, pool/cleaning maintenance services as appropriate are managed and the bills for these services are paid.

Payment of services i.e. water, electricity, rubbish disposal/collection can be arranged through our offices, to ensure that services are maintained.

This Service gives our Owners peace of mind in the knowledge that their sunshine home is being cared for during their absence.

All keys are securely retained and coded to ensure the property's identity remains hidden.

Our clients' faith and investment in The Property Shop's Management package, means ‘the door is opened’ to our Rental Management facilities.

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry and Project Management, we are able to provide quotations for all building works. These works are professionally supervised throughout to ensure a high standard workmanship.

Other services as detailed under the terms of Rental Management such as cleaning, laundry, gas bottle supply etc. are also available at the rates applicable.
