and Conditions
All bookings are subject to the terms set out in these conditions.
You must return the completed booking form with the deposit required.
Your reservation becomes firm upon receipt of the deposit due
and our confirmation.
Short-term rentals include electricity and gas and the provision
of all bed linen, towels and tea towels but please remember to
take your own beach towels, as towels provided in the accommodation
should not be used on the beach or by the pools. Linen is changed
weekly for a stay of 14 nights or more. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT
COT LINEN WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED
Any damages or breakages caused to the property during your
stay, which are not considered to have been caused by normal
usage, are the responsibility of the tenant to replace or pay
the cost of replacement or cost of repair to the managing agent.
We do not accept liability in respect of, and will not pay compensation
for injury, loss or damage to the person, personal possessions
within the property & property/community grounds we would
advise tenants to have adequate holiday insurance.
Cancellation - the deposit is non-refundable in the event of
cancellation, and also in the event of cancelling the holiday
within the 4-week period prior to your arrival no refund will
be made.
Entrance to the accommodation will not be given until 2pm on
the day of your arrival, and the accommodation must be vacated
by 10am on the day of your departure. (Should the property be
prepared earlier, entrance will be given and also if on the day
of departure we can arrange for you to remain longer we will
do our best to accommodate).
We reserve the right to transfer our clients to alternative
accommodation of an equal standing in the event of accommodation
not being available due to circumstances beyond our control.
We request our customers to show consideration for their neighbours
and other clients. Please treat the accommodation with respect
and care, where specific community rules are provided tenants
are expected to abide by these. We reserve the right to terminate
a holiday stay without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour
of any person in your party or your guests might impair the enjoyment,
comfort or health of other clients.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU BRING YOUR EUROPEAN HEALTH INSURANCE
CARD WITH YOU. THIS CARD CAN BE OBTAINED BY GOING TO www.ppa.org.uk
